You need a gratitude practice. You’ve probably heard this piece of advice many times and relegated it to the feel good, new age nonsense tip.
Well, what if I told you that having a gratitude practice is one of the major keys to boost the manifestation of your dreams.
Hey everyone this is Dominique Andersen. Welcome to Stretchandbloom Soundbite where in five minutes or less, I will give you a quick tip to create a life you love.
As you know, manifestating is a game of focus and vibrations. You’ve probably noticed this – even if you don’t practice manifestion but you’ve probably noticed it – if you buy a new car for instance, all of a sudden everywhere you look, you see the same car or you buy a new shirt, and you thought it was pretty unique and all of a sudden, the shirt appears everywhere. And that’s a very common phenomenon.
Now, what you may not have noticed is that it also works with your feelings. So, if you feel down, not only does it keep you feeling down but it also attracts more things to feel down about. That’s kind of the manifestation part of it. It actually attracts things to you to make you feel down.
You may have at this experience, for instance, you start stressing over your finances and all of a sudden, bills start coming from everywhere. Like your roof needs repairing, your car breaks down and the insurance premium goes up, etcetera etcetera etcetera. So, it actually attracts things to make you feel stressed about your finances.
Well the thing is gratitude kind of works the same way and it’s a hack. Because not only gratitude – being grateful – keeps you feeling good, but it actually attracts more things to feel grateful for.

I make you practice gratitude everyday because I understand that it is a magnet, it’s opening a door, it’s like a really powerful hack that kind of cuts down on your efforts because you are changing vibration, you are allowing yourself to function on another level where things become easy and the more you say thank you, the more you are grateful, the more you have things to be thankful for, grateful for. Things happen to you, opportunities come to you, presents, ideas, support which makes your manifestation happen faster.
So if you want to attract more, attract faster, practice gratitude. It sounds a little corny, sounds a little bit like a cliché but it really really works.
So please do yourself a favour, don’t dismiss it, make the practice of gratitude part of your daily manifestation regime.
